1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Customer", "Enterprise Subscriber") and LEGIS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "LegisJurix", "we", "us"), registered at E-1302, Civitech Stadia, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing legisjurix.com, utilizing our REST/MCP APIs, or executing governed advertising mutations through the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Governed Execution & Third-Party Media Spend
LegisJurix provides software tooling to analyze advertising telemetry and execute governed campaign actions via connected third-party advertising APIs (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and TikTok). The Customer maintains sole ownership of their third-party advertising accounts and remains exclusively responsible for all advertising spend billed directly by publisher networks.
3. Service Level Agreements & Availability
For Enterprise tier accounts, LegisJurix commits to a 99.99% system availability SLA and a maximum 15-minute response time for Severity 1 mission-critical incidents.
4. Intellectual Property & Institutional Memory
The Customer retains 100% ownership of all campaign data, audience graphs, creative tags, and institutional media memories generated within their dedicated tenant partition. Legis Technologies Private Limited retains all proprietary rights to the core LegisJurix algorithms, Media Brain models, and software interfaces.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
